Enjoy the Berlin-Brandenburg cuisine our head chef Wolfgang Kanow would like to show you. Kanow was the sous chef under the star chef Rolf Schmied and is our head chef since 2002.

Homemade bread and pasta, seasonal outdoor vegetables, meat and poultry products from reliable breeders in Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern are freshly prepared on a daily basis.
